Shop 1 |
- 2 number 3 tonne overhead cranes for off loading.
- Secure internal storage for in excess of 50T of stock bar and flat.
- Saw capable of cutting up to 1m in width, up to 60 degrees and with automated length control.
- Shot blast to SA2.5 and able to accommodate up to 1m in height and width. |

- 2 number 5 tonne overhead cranes for loading.
- Geka Hydra Crop for shearing and punching.
- Flat bed drill.
- Time served steel platers.
- 4 coded mig welders.
- Paint Shop with over 15 years experience of single and 2 pack paints as well as multi coat systems.
- Humidity, air and steel temperature checks performed twice daily.
- WFT checked using wet combs.
- Elcrometer checked DFT.
- Capacity to internally load 3 trailers side by side at any one time. |
